Terms of Service

1. The service

We provide tools to manage WhatsApp Business template messaging, campaigns, contacts, and related workflows. Features depend on your subscription and configuration. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice where practicable.

2. Accounts and access

Workspace access is limited to authorised users (for example staff you invite or provision). You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for all activity under your accounts. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. WhatsApp and Meta

Messaging is delivered through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. You must comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Terms, Commerce Policies, and applicable messaging and marketing rules. You are responsible for template content, recipient consent, opt-outs, and truthful business practices. We are not responsible for Meta outages, policy enforcement, or message delivery beyond what our software records.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Send spam, unlawful content, or messages without required consent;
• Attempt to probe, scan, or breach security or other tenants' data;
• Use the service to infringe intellectual property or others' rights;
• Misrepresent your identity or your relationship to recipients.

5. Customer data

You control the customer and contact data you load into the workspace. You instruct us to process that data to provide the service. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Requests to delete personal data are explained on our Data deletion page.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties such as merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service should not exceed the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim (or a minimal amount if no fees apply), except where law forbids such a cap.

8. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims and costs arising from your use of the service, your message content, or your violation of these terms or applicable law, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Vardhaka Interiors in India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country say otherwise. Courts with jurisdiction over our principal place of business in India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to those mandatory rules.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. We will adjust the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms where allowed by law.
